Support for School and Life

We are always eager to hear how you’re doing. We want to know what you may need and how we can help quiet some of the noise in your world. We are here for your future, both at school and out in the real world, because you matter to us. We also know that despite all your best efforts, the system may not be working for you. We want to change that.

Eastlake High School is more than just a school – we are a small community of caring, dedicated teachers and students. Instead of lectures and big classes, you’ll find heart, compassion and support for all that life throws at you. It’s one hundred percent for you and about you.

Here are some ways we connect you to real, lasting support when you need it most.

Family Advocacy Program

Our Family Advocate offers valuable counseling to students who are experiencing difficulties. Together, you can practice techniques that will help you manage the many challenges that life will send your way.  You can learn new behavioral skills and develop self-confidence, too. We know you can't control everything, but we can equip you with the skills and mindset to approach problems head-on.

If you are finding it hard to make ends meet in these tough economic times, we can help bridge the gap with our stocked food pantry, and Community Closet—no questions asked

Shelves stocked with toiletries, food, household items and school supplies in the Eastlake High School Food Pantry.

Or, if you are experiencing homelessness, our Advocate will help you find emergency services to make sure you are safe, sheltered and fed. We serve everyone.

We maintain long-standing relationships with local organizations to provide services for families in need. And we can act as liaison between you and these agencies as needed – so there are no barriers to receiving the support you deserve.

We’ve got all the bases covered. When you are on the hunt for a summer job or more consistent work, we’ll help you through every stage, from writing resumes and cover letters to practicing mock interviews. You are invited to find interview clothing in our community closet and we can help you get to your interview with free bus tickets.

Your Mental Health is #1

We’ve been through some tough times in the last few years and it’s no doubt that it has taken a collective toll on our mental health. At Eastlake, you can connect to real people and legit resources to make your everyday, if not better, at least less hard.

This year, Eastlake High School students were some of the first in Colorado to test drive the NOD app for mental health. Our students are loving the NOD app that helps develop skills to build meaningful social connections and boost emotional well-being.

You can also receive free, confidential counseling sessions through iMatter.  Counselors specialize in support for teenagers and all the trials you may be facing. We’ll help you connect and find the support you need because our small school means no one falls through the cracks.

A bump in the road doesn’t have to derail your entire journey; especially when you have the right support. Eastlake High School can be that support. Let us help—enroll for free, today
