Melanie Sanchez

My name is Melanie Sanchez. I came to Eastlake High School to help students find an alternative place to succeed. As an Enrollment Coordinator, I enjoy helping students and watch them thrive. I strongly believe that learning means constantly seeking out new knowledge, opportunities, and experiences. My philosophy involves staying curious, always open to new ideas and embracing ways of learning both formal and informal. I believe that this mindset not only enhances personal growth but also helps in building resistance to the always-changing world around us. 

Before Eastlake, I helped individuals with developmental and learning disabilities. I also helped and coached incoming college students and facilitated campus orientation. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, spending time with my family, and cooking traditional recipes.
