I'm Cassandra Berry, but everyone calls me C.J.! As the Principal of Eastlake High School, I've dedicated my career to fostering a vibrant and supportive learning environment where both students and teachers can thrive. With a background in curriculum development and educational leadership, I’m passionate about creating opportunities for growth, innovation, and success in education.

Beyond the school walls, I’m a proud mother of four amazing kids and the wife of a retired Army Veteran. Family is my cornerstone, and together, we cheer loudly for our Kansas City Chiefs—there's no better place to be on a Sunday than surrounded by loved ones, rooting for our team!

Raised in Kansas City, MO, I carry the values of hard work, community, and perseverance with me in everything I do. Whether I’m mentoring new teachers, leading professional development, or spearheading school initiatives, my goal is always the same: to inspire others to reach their full potential.
