Our tuition-free charter high school is enrolling now for the upcoming school year (which begins in July!) and we’re here to offer you the unwavering support you need. What are you waiting for? Step 1: Complete the Enrollment Request Form
Fill out an enrollment request form. You may either fill out the form online OR you can download the English or Spanish PDF to fill out and send to info@eastlakehs.net.
Step 2: Take a Tour
Come check out your new school! Call us at (719) 300-8947 to set up your tour and first enrollment meeting. We’lll ask you to bring a copy of your birth certificate.
Step 3: Complete the Enrollment Packet
At your tour, we will give you an enrollment packet that must be completed in order to enroll. Fill it out and bring it back as quickly as possible--this helps us get you started faster and gives us a little more info about how we can help you.
Step 4: Records are Obtained from Your Previous School
We will need an official or unofficial copy of your transcript for the last school that you attended. If you do not have a copy of your transcript, you and/or your parent/guardian will sign a “Request for Records” form in order for Eastlake High School to obtain your transcript. Your records will be used to verify existing credits and will only be used in accordance with state and federal laws governing student records.
Step 5: Receive a Start Date and Begin at Eastlake High School.
Once all of our ducks are in a row, you’ll receive a start date. Just show up on that day and get going – it’s really that easy!
Eastlake High School is open to all students, including students with disabilities. Information about disabilities will not be requested until a student has been admitted and enrolled in our charter school.
