1 - NOD app for mental health
We’re proud to be one of the first schools in Colorado to test out the Nod app, which helps you build meaningful social connections and boost emotional well-being. Our students loved using the app, and we believe it's a valuable tool to develop skills for improving your mental health.
2 - Free, confidential counseling sessions
No one falls through the cracks in our small campus community. Caring people are always here to listen, lend a sympathetic ear, or open the door to you. We offer space for students to participate in iMatter, which specializes in teenager support, while at school if needed. Providing a positive and equitable learning environment is essential for academic and developmental success. You're safe here.
3 - Family Advocacy Program
Our Family Advocate offers valuable counseling to students experiencing difficulties. Together, we can practice techniques to manage life's challenges, learn new behavioral skills, and develop self-confidence. We believe in equipping you with the skills and mindset to approach problems head-on, and we provide individual/group sessions to discuss attitudes, ideas, behaviors, feelings, and opinions.
